Return Policy

We offer a 15-day money back guarantee for non-personalized items in their original condition, tags still attached and in original packaging. Shipping is not refundable. Personalized items and custom ordered items are NOT returnable. The 15 day policy refers to the date of purchase, and not the date you receive the item or items.

$10.00 will be assessed for boxes returned in the manner below:

It is very difficult to sell a shoe as new when the box has been taped and crushed.  We prefer to receive them the same way we send them out.

Personalized items: Personalized or monogrammed items are made specifically for you when you place your order. Cancellations must be made within 2 days.  Payment in full is required when you place your order. Please contact us within 5 days if you have a problem with a non-returnable item.

We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer.  Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit.

Special Orders: Returns on special orders will be accepted at our discretion.  If you place an order for an item we do not stock and  wish to return it, it may be non- returnable or have a 30% restocking fee.  We regret having to charge this fee, but due to a multitude of customer returns we must.

All exchanges will be treated as new orders. The new order will be processed and shipped promptly. We will credit your account only when the returned item is received.  We are not responsible for return items lost during shipping. For your protection, use a method of transfer that provides tracking information.

25% RESTOCKING FEE:
Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. (We sincerely regret having to implement this policy!)
